Delete your account

You can request deletion of a Phorma or Phorma Studio account and its associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address attached to your account.
2. State whether the account is for Phorma or Phorma Studio.
3. Use the subject line “Delete my Phorma account”.

If you cannot email from the account address, contact us at hello@getphorma.com and we will provide another way to verify ownership.

What will be deleted

After verifying the request, we delete the account, profile, authentication access, messages, bookings, attendance, health intake information, and other personal data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.

What may be retained

Records that must be kept for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained only for the required period. These records are access-restricted and are deleted or anonymised when that period ends.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within one business day and normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
